The Cenitaf

The Cenitaf bares the names of 18 villagers who died during the Great war and WWII.

The Cenitaf was originally possitioned on the Great North Road but was moved to its current location on the right hand side of the enterence to the graveyard when the A1 dual carriageway was constructed through the village.
